Refund policy

Lulu Moon Design operates a 14-day returns policy. This 14-day period starts upon receiving your item.

If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days by emailing hello@lulumoondesign.co.uk. Please attach photos of your item(s) showing them in their original condition, unused or unworn, in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we will send further instruction to continue with the process.

Once we have received your return and have inspected it, we will contact you within 2 business days to inform you if your return has been approved.

If your return has been approved, you will be issued a refund to the payment method originally used for the order. This may take some time to process, depending on the bank or credit card company you are with.

Returning damaged items

Please ensure you thoroughly check your item(s) upon receiving them. If you notice any damage, your item(s) is defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing hello@lulumoondesign.co.uk so we can rectify the issue.

Items exempt from the returns policy

For hygiene reasons, earrings are exempt from the returns policy unless they have a fault.

We are also unable to accept returns on gift cards or items purchased in the sale.
